Christoph M. Achammer delivered a lecture to the major gathering of the concrete industry

Neu-Ulm, 26th February 2015 – ATP CEO Christoph M. Achammer opened the plenary session of the third day of the event which had the theme “Visionary Architecture” by delivering a lecture entitled “Architecture – integrated processes with creative innovation”. Achammer - whose work as a professor at the Vienna University of Technology is intensively involved with the systematic of integrated design - devoted himself in particular to the changing needs of the building process and the consequent importance of lifecycle-oriented design.

The Ulmer BetonTage, the leading European congress of the Concrete and Prefabricated Element Industry, which attracts around 2,000 participants, sees itself as a multidisciplinary knowledge platform. The motto of this year’s congress and exhibition was “Concretes of the Future”. It included the presentation of new developments in concrete technology, manufacturing processes and products.
