By merging ATP Zero and ATP sustain, we are combining our expertise in sustainable design and construction under one roof and within a shared consulting company.
In August 2025, ATP Zero became part of ATP sustain. By combining Building Services Engineering expertise and sustainable design experience, we aim to jointly create innovative energy-efficient solutions. The outcome: a stronger team and even more impact in energy and sustainability consulting.
ATP Zero was founded in 2023 as a research and specialist design company for cutting-edge Building Services Engineering, aiming to drive decarbonization in the building sector with forward-looking solutions. Through the merger with ATP sustain, we can now provide even more comprehensive support to clients – from the early concept phase to ongoing operations.
ATP Zero was a spin-off from ATP sustain and is now returning to us with high competence and expertise to act as a frontrunner, fully bringing the lifecycle-oriented view to our internal and external clients in projects. This aligns with our slogan 'Leading by competence.'

The competencies of ATP Zero strengthen the service portfolio of ATP sustain especially in the area of energy issues and operational support:
Technical Due Diligence: comprehensive assessments of buildings and portfolios focusing on energy efficiency, operating costs, and climate risks
Energy Concepts & Decarbonization: integrated energy and room climate concepts, renovation roadmaps, and implementation strategies for carbon-neutral buildings
Lifecycle-Oriented Energy Optimization: examination of energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and costs over the entire lifecycle
Commissioning Management: structured support of planning, construction, and operation with the aim of actually achieving energy and comfort goals
By pooling our expertise, we can better support customers with the consulting services they need to realize future-proof projects. We are keen to further strengthen the Building Services Engineering competence within the company and to together design innovative energy-efficient solutions.
