Strategic Focus on Existing Stock Transformation
redserve with New Dual Leadership
The real estate service developer of the ATP Group, is strengthening the transformation of existing buildings within its service portfolio. As the new dual leadership team, Norbert Wögler and Jürgen Notz are taking over the management and strategically expanding the Munich office for the German market.
redserve is setting the course for the future: With Norbert Wögler and Jürgen Notz, a complementary leadership duo is taking over the management. The strategic realignment focuses on project development and consulting, with a strong emphasis on complex transformations of existing buildings, as well as the targeted expansion of the Munich office within the German market. In doing so, redserve is strengthening the early project phase within the integrated service portfolio of the ATP Group.

The transformation of existing buildings rarely fails because of planning – it fails because crucial questions of sustainable value creation are addressed too late. redserve steps in exactly where the difference is made: right at the very beginning.
Albert Achammer
Chairman of the Board of the ATP Group
redserve’s service profile is structured around three core areas:
Service Development: strategy, utilization concepts, feasibility
Project Management and Project Controls: client representation, controlling, implementation
Transaction and Investment Advisory: investment strategies, due diligence, portfolio development
In addition, redserve works with its sister company ATP sustain to support clients with ESG strategies, sustainability assessments, and the taxonomy-compliant development of real estate projects.
The new dual leadership
Norbert Wögler is a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) architect and real estate economist (EBS). He brings 25 years of experience in project development and project management. His focus lies on development, realization, financing, and transactions, as well as on value-enhancing solutions across the entire life cycle.

Today, the market demands more precise answers for existing buildings. It is not only about construction measures, but about the robust recalibration of use, economic viability, and feasibility. This is precisely our core competence.
Norbert Wögler
Managing Director, redserve
Jürgen Notz is a graduate civil engineer, holds an MBA, and is IPMA-certified. He has around 20 years of experience in integrated project development, sustainable transformation of existing buildings, and project management. His expertise includes the optimization of existing portfolios, asset management, and organizational development across various asset classes.

For us, transformation begins with a sound analysis and ends with professional execution on site. We structure decision-making processes, identify value creation potential, and integrate technical, economic, and organizational requirements into a sustainable, integrated development approach.
Jürgen Notz

With the change at the top, redserve is responding to a changing market. It is relying on a combination that is unmatched in the German-speaking region: strategic real estate development embedded in Europe’s strongest integrated design network.
