3 Star Hotel

Unterföhring, 6^th November 2014 – ATP Munich joined its clients and the Mayor to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for a three-star hotel with local shopping center.

ATP Munich and MHL Markt KG worked together in an integrated process to develop a masterplan on the basis of which the project could be realized. The six-story hotel with 132 rooms and a restaurant/bistro will be built on the western part of the site and the retail areas on the eastern part.

The single-story building of the local shopping center stretches over 80 meters. It will have a continuous fully-glazed shop window façade and will contain a supermarket, a drinks market, a café and a number of smaller shops.
