Integrated design as success factor

Podium discussion on the implementation of the energy revolution at the Leading Air Convention

Unterhaching, 27th March 2015 – Gerd Maurer, ATP’s Managing Director in Munich took part in a podium discussion on the subject of “Areas of interest along the value chain” at the cooling and air conditioning industry’s largest event.

The participants to the discussion offered the varying perspectives of manufacturers, designers and plant builders. Gerd Maurer strongly emphasized that the integrated approach to the design process was now an essential part of sustainable building and operating.

All participants agreed about one central issue: that multidisciplinary cooperation and communication represent a key success factor in the construction industry.

Around 500 guests, many of whom were designers, together with representatives from politics, business and science, used the Leading Air Convention to inform themselves about innovations in and the future perspectives of the sector and took advantage of the event as an opportunity to network.
