The newly established subsidiary offers special consulting services for the food industry.
Foodfab supports food industry clients in the areas of production and distribution both in the pre-design phase and through process-optimized design. In delivering these services, Foodfab is able to turn to the industry expertise amassed by ATP during almost 40 years of working in the food industry.
According to Michael Trautwein, Managing Partner of Foodfab, “Foodfab is a consulting company that understands the production processes of its clients. Foodfab hopes in the future to deliver services far beyond construction – such as in the area of specialist machinery.” Trautwein is a food industry specialist with 25 years of specific industry experience: “If you want to be successful in a specialist area you must first of all understand the client’s business inside out. I visit more than 20 production and processing operations every year and that is how one keeps one’s eye on the ball.”
One core competence of Foodfab is the integrated process design for food production and processing, an area in which ATP is Central European market leader. Foodfab is also currently increasingly active across Central and Southeast Europe.
