Frankfurt, 26th August 2021 – ATP architects engineers Frankfurt invited around 60 guests to a summer party to mark the “Grand Opening” of its new offices on Westhafen Pier. And Mint Architecture, the Zurich-based design office for experience and user-oriented architecture, and redserve, the internationally active real estate development consultancy company, moved into their new local offices right next door. Together, the three ATP companies offer their clients an integrated competence center, a single service package in a single location.
Integrated teamwork
In his opening speech, ATP’s Board Chairman, Christoph M. Achammer, emphasized the huge advantages offered by this “moving in together”: “The future belongs to networked, interdisciplinary cooperation!“ And Harald Stieber, Managing Director/Engineering of ATP Frankfurt added: “The relocation to the new premises, side-by-side with our design partners at Mint and redserve, marks an important milestone in the history of our Frankfurt office.”
A total of 1,600 m2 of office space have been let. A third of this is initially being sub-let and is available as a “reserve” for the future growth of the office. The foundations of the office concept were laid by the employees; they designed their state-of-the-art working environment themselves, taking great care to ensure that the new offices optimally support the interdisciplinary cooperation and communication that is so central to ATP. “Our guests were just as impressed by our new offices as our employees, who have already settled in the two months since their move,” added Harald Stieber.
