Moscow, 1st December 2017 – ATP’s Moscow office moved into its new premises in the “Bolshevik” Business Center near to Belorussky Station at the end of 2017. This was made necessary by the rising demand for space due to the sizeable increase in the number of employees and the large demand for integrated design services.
“We have designed an open plan office for ourselves that is perfectly tailored to our needs as an integrated design office,” said Vladimir Horton, Managing Director in Moscow. The modern office space in the style of a loft stretches across the two rooftop levels of a former chocolate factory and the 940 square meters offer enough space for top quality, interdisciplinary cooperation. “We want not only our German-speaking clients but also our potential clients on the Russian market to know and to see that ATP TLP professionally embodies the values lived by ATP: We turn the spotlight onto the client’s core process and, as a learning-based organization, maximize the quality of the value-creation process of a building – as a result of our integrated design,” said Karl Pein, describing his ambitions for the future.
With around 65 architects and engineers ATP TLP Moscow is one of ten self-sufficient ATP design offices and is principally active in the CEE Region. Starting out as a joint venture (2011) with TLP Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners, a leading Moscow architectural company, the office became an integrated design office with the core competence of integrated design in 2016. The Moscow office is run by Karl Pein and Vladimir Horton. The interaction between the Moscow operation and the ATP offices in the DACH Region offers clients the possibility to realize international design quality on the ground in Russia.
