Wolfratshausen, 1st March 2023 – ATP Innsbruck joined EagleBurgmann at a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction of its climate-fit office building.
“We’re delighted that sustainable sealing solutions will be developed for our clients in future in a sustainably built Innovation Center,” saidAndreas Raps, CEO of EagleBurgmann, in his speech, underlining the particularly ecological building design.
The building seeks to use targeted measures to achieve long-term climate neutrality. A geothermal plant acts as the main energy source, while ventilation plant with heat recovery and a large-scale roof and façade-mounted PV system also forms part of the concept. In order to reduce building material-related CO2-emissions, all non-loadbearing external walls are made of timber.
