Headquarters for cosmetics

New office and logistics building at the Tyrolean facility

Innsbruck, 19th February 2015 – A groundbreaking ceremony officially marked the start of construction of Cura Cosmetic’s new headquarters. An office building with a state-of-the-art logistics center measuring almost 4,000 square meters will be built at the company’s Innsbruck facility.

The Tyrolean cosmetics company commissioned ATP Innsbruck with the integrated design of the corporate headquarters. "The design of this building complex required the establishment of an ATP team in which our office and logistics experts worked integrally together on the same project. Such challenges are our specialty,” emphasized the architect Andreas Bause, ATP’s overall project leader.

A special feature is the direct elevator access to the main administration area at second floor level where visitors are met in a generous communications area. Designed with an external plaster façade in order to fit into the surrounding townscape the administration building offers a welcome variation to the normal design solution for new office buildings involving large glazed façades. It is connected to timber-clad buildings containing the product packaging and logistics elements.
