The special fascination of working with ATP is the strong team culture. One senses this very quickly, within both my architecture group and the multifunctional project teams. Integrated design is the almost automatic consequence of this mutual interest in the work of others. The cooperation between the group leaders and the overall project leader ensures, on the one hand, a focus on the further development of the employees and the realization of high quality design and, on the other hand, creative and constantly target-oriented project work.Exchange between the offices also contributes to very valuable, informal sharing of experience – as well as being a lot of fun.
