New management in Munich

The architect Michaela Hauser becomes Managing Director Architecture of ATP Munich

Munich, 1st October 2016 – ATP’s 70-strong office in the Bavarian capital has new leadership. Michaela Hauser, who previously led the architecture team in Munich, has been appointed Managing Director and is thus the first woman to lead an ATP office.

The Munich-born architect discovered her passion for the profession after a short period studying mathematics at Munich University of Technology. Trained as an architect at Munich University of Applied Sciences she went on to gain experience in a number of architectural offices in the city before spending the decade after 2001 as a project architect and project leader with the well-known Hamburg architectural office Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT). In 2011 she established a studio with Kai Richter but, after little more than a year, decided to assume responsibility for the team of 28 architects at ATP Munich where she led the design processes for a number of buildings including an administration building for BG BAU and the recently completed E center in Gaimersheim. At the beginning of 2016 she became an Associate Partner of ATP.

We heartily congratulate Michaela Hauser and wish her every success.
