Innsbruck, 2nd June 2020 – The expert for project consulting and the strategic development of specialist areas, Christian Grottenthaler, joined the top management team of the ATP subsidiary redserve at the beginning of June. He will head the consulting company in future alongside Josef Liegl, the specialist for holistic project support.
A key responsibility of the new Managing Director will be the company’s specialist design and construction management activities. Upon being commissioned to deliver this service, redserve assumes responsibility for the entire development process of a construction project – from the initial quick check, via development, design, and construction, to the turnkey handover of the completed building. This enables numerous unnecessary interfaces and the potential resulting problems to be avoided.
“DCM creates new forms of cooperation between all the participants in the design and construction of buildings,” says the expert. “The advantage for our clients is clear: We increase the benefits of our cooperation with the ATP Group even further.”
Before joining the management of redserve, the native of Lower Austria worked for WSR Energie und Baumanagement GmbH for eleven years; initially in project consulting, later as head of the construction engineering department and, from 2017, as an authorized representative. His role in these functions included the analysis, development, and accompaniment of public sector construction projects and the related implementation and realization of holistic development models.
Throughout his career he has remained true to his motto of “standing still is a step backwards”. This is also demonstrated by his constant drive to learn and develop further: After training as an electrician/ electrical fitter Christian Grottenthaler completed the technical vocational school and studied international marketing and exporting. He continued his education by studying business at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, where he specialized in auditing, corporate financial management, strategic management, and marketing. He has numerous additional professional qualifications in such areas as law, conflict management, and team building and has taken part in management seminars.
ATP’s subsidiary in the field of real estate development consulting has been present in Austria, Southern Germany, and the CEE Region since 2004. It accompanies clients in all project phases, enabling them to make well-founded decisions; the project decision in the analysis phase, the investment decision in the concept phase, and the construction decision in the design phase. This support from redserve offers clients certainty about location, cost, commercialization, and approvability throughout the course of all phases of a project.
