All Eyes on ATP Nuremberg!

The “Competence Center for the Health Sector” invites visitors to an open day.

Nuremberg, 27th January 2021 – Since the start of 2021, our Competence Center for the Health Sector has been officially known as “ATP Nürnberg Planungs GmbH”. The objective established by Managing Director Andreas Rieser in 2018 following the integration of Haid & Partner GmbH – the transformation of the architecture office into a fully-fledged member of the ATP Group offering all the necessary planning disciplines – has thus been achieved.

Within just a few years, Andreas Rieser and his now 40-strong team have successfully established the integrated design approach and developed further in the health and social sector. Today, ATP Nuremberg is designing hospitals and clinics from the Metropolitan Region of Nuremberg, via Cologne and Passau, to the University Medical Center in Rostock – the largest project currently being realized by the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

“As designers for the health sector we work hard – in our local region and across Germany – to ensure that our clients can operate successfully in their buildings and that their users are happy,” explains Andreas Rieser. “In meeting this goal, ‘Integrated Design from a Single Source’ – that has been perfected across four decades by ATP and digitally supported by BIM for ten years – gives us a clear advantage over today’s other, largely silo-based, planning methods.” According to the Doctor of Engineering, this close, groupwide cooperation between architects and structural and building services engineers is able to save resources and significantly reduce waste in the construction and operation of buildings.

ATP DIGI DAY on 11th February 2021 from 14:00 – 18:00 Uhr

Andreas Rieser is using this successful change of both culture and name as an opportunity for an interdisciplinary exchange of ideas with clients, partners, and colleagues from the sector with the aim of constructively looking to the future. Participants can enjoy a livestream with ATP top managers and experts and a look around the new offices, including an opportunity to get to know the team personally.
