Social Networks

It is not size that differentiates ATP from other design companies but rather our way of working, flat hierarchy and open style. This is what provides exceptional possibilities for individual development to team-oriented people who are willing to learn. We offer, for example, employees the exciting opportunity of taking part in large-scale international design projects. And we offer them our very special corporate culture, with its strong emphasis on interdisciplinary cooperation. Living in the ATP family makes people experience and cherish our values. Here are some of the further benefits which our employees greatly value…

COMMUNICATION

Intranet:

The ATP Intranet is being developed into a true knowledge management system which will act as a hierarchy-free interactive communication system within ATP.

Insidelines:

Our free employee magazine appears monthly and is both a medium for information and a forum for sharing opinions and social news between our various offices.

Round Table:

The possibility of informally sharing professional information is physically encouraged by these standardised communications niches located within our offices.

“Home Game”:

Regular lectures and project presentations by ATP employees to their colleagues are guaranteed a good attendance.

ATP Campus:

Lectures and other learning-related events in a dedicated lecture room in our Innsbruck office.
