Representative House

Office Building for Sandoz in Kundl

Over a period of more than 20 years, ATP realized a series of technical and administrative buildings for Sandoz GmbH (formerly Biochemie). The design for this building emerged as the winning project from an invited competition.

The three-story, transparent office building offers space for approximately 70 employees. Equipped with individual offices and large communication zones, as well as semi-public areas, it is connected to a two-story logistics center via a central atrium. By closing an existing gap in the local area of Kundl, the representative building gives the factory site a new urban appearance from the south.
