Redesign of a Viennese office building

IZD Tower Vienna

Redesign and renovation of one of Vienna's largest office buildings, which, despite its prime location next to the United Nations complex, could not be satisfactorily rented out.

Redesign and renovation of the IZD Tower in Vienna, designed by ATP architects engineers.

The redesign of both the public area and the remaining office spaces is based on the development of a new corporate architecture guideline for the entire complex, incorporating modern lighting and material concepts and an office module system to ensure costs and deadlines.
