New Administration Building

ESG-Center, Linz

New construction of a central office building, a storage and workshop building, as well as parking decks for the Linzer Elektrizitäts-, Fernwärme- und Verkehrsbetriebe AG.

The new administrative building consists of a 7-story disc with a 4-story section in front of it on the southern Fichtenstraße, as well as a 2nd wing connected by a bridge in the 3rd floor on Westbahnstraße. We have been tasked with planning coordination, structural engineering, Building Services planning, and project management of the office building.
