Prominent cube as entrance structure
Auditorium Building at University Hospital Regensburg
An optical highlight on the premises of the Bezirksklinikum Regensburg is the auditorium building designed by ATP Nürnberg.

The new building is considered the first step in the urban redevelopment and expansion of the District Hospital in Regensburg. The compact structure adjoins the existing multi-purpose hall and, together with it, forms a conference center. The functional connection with the future central building enables a highly flexible use at the intersection of the designated development axes.
The northern natural area intervenes between the adjacent Directorate building and the lecture hall building, preserving the essential views from the heart of the complex to the historic Charterhouse and the city skyline.
