Frankfurt, 01. September 2017 – Landowners who develop their properties and investors who would like to realize these development projects as clients can now take advantage of the services offered by REDSERVE directly in Germany.
The Frankfurt-based ATP consulting subsidiary is being managed by the economist and retail specialist Uwe Schäfer, who is establishing the office together with a team of project development specialists. According to Schäfer: “I have been enjoying trustworthy and successful cooperation with ATP for many years. I believe that our ability to use both ATP‘s vast expertise as a leading integrated design office and my professional experience in project development will be of great benefit to REDSERVE and will create considerable added value for our clients.”
Uwe Schäfer has spent more than 20 of his 25 years as a professional working with shopping centers, retail parks, department stores, urban district development, and the retail elements of Germany’s largest railway stations. His focus in all of this work has been the market segment of retail real estate. Having qualified as a Dipl.-kfm at Justus Liebig University in Gießen, REDSERVE Frankfurt’s new Managing Director spent eight years working with OFB Projektentwicklung and Hochtief Projektentwicklung. In the 1990s Schäfer was responsible for, amongst other things, railway station development in Munich for BME.
REDSERVE GmbH, Real Estate Development Services, an ATP subsidiary for real estate development consultancy has been active in Austria, Southern Germany, and the CEE Region from offices in Vienna and Innsbruck since 2004. It accompanies clients in all phases of projects in order to enable them to make well-founded decisions: the project decision during the analysis phase, the investment decision during the concept phase and the construction decision (analysis, conception, realization, and marketing) during the planning phase. Redserve works in an independent and customer-oriented manner. It acts as neither an investor nor a developer itself and has no management role in project or investor companies.
