Moscow, 5th August 2022 – ATP TLP Moscow has won first prize in the BIM LEADERS 2021/22 competition for its BIM model for the operational phase of the ELEVEN Design House in Moscow. The project won the award in the “Residential Information Modeling” category.
Efficient building operations thanks to BIM2FIM
The ELEVEN Design House consists of two 16 and 17 story towers that are connected by a multifunctional base. In order to increase the administrative efficiency of this complex building, ATP TLP Moscow developed the first BIM model for the operational phase of a building in Russia (BIM2FIM) for its client, RSTI Holding (Rosstroyinvest). BIM2FIM reduces operating costs, while also ensuring that the entire operation of the building is more sustainable by minimizing CO2 emissions and the waste of resources.
“We have succeeded in expanding the use of BIM technologies to the point at which they provide the function for which they were originally conceived: to support the entire lifecycle of a building. Because building a building isn’t enough – we must also be able to operate and manage it efficiently!” sums up Vladimir Horton, Managing Director of ATP TLP Moscow.
