ICSC Intern. Design and Development Award 2008 ATRIO Villach, AT
The ATRIO Centre in Villach, designed by ATP Innsbruck for SES Spar European Shopping Centers was awarded the International Design and Development Award as the only project in the category for "New projects between 15.000 and 45.000 m2" at the CenterBuild Conference of the international industry organisation, the ICSC (International Counscil of Shopping Centers), in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. The award recognises the centre as one of the most innovative shopping centres in the world today.
ATRIO was successful in the final round against projects from the USA, Ecuador, Korea, England and Spain. The ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers, www.icsc.org) is a worldwide active organisation for investors in and operators and designers of shopping centres and represents more than 75.000 shopping centres in 80 countries.
ATRIO has received the following prizes to date:

- 2008 European Shoppingcenter Award/Commendation
