Based on a new urban planning concept developed by ATP, a positive investor decision was reached within a few months after more than 10 years of history and two competitions, ensuring the financial feasibility of the project.

In collaboration with the competition winners Dominique Perrault, Paris and Reichert-Pranschke-Maluche, Munich, who had the design-relevant task part, we realized this prestigious Innsbruck project within 22 months. We took over the overall planning leadership of the team as well as the technical processing and implementation, reserving for ourselves, however, the planning influence and precise correction in the commercially used area – Shopping Passage 'Rathausgalerie' and The Penz-Hotel.
