Reorganization of the hospital complex
Hôpital de la Ville
During the renovation and expansion of the Hôpital de la Ville d’Esch-sur-Alzette in Luxembourg, a complete reorganization of the hospital complex was carried out.

The primary requirement for planning the twelve construction phases was the necessity of an undisturbed continuation of the clinical work processes. A particular aspect of the planning task arose from the sloping location of the area, resulting in the distribution of the development zones and access points to the functional units across four levels. On the fifth level, a unique, large zone with four nursing stations was created, allowing both flexible occupancy planning and the utilization of positive synergies.
