Recruiting on Campus

ATP Innsbruck presents itself to students.

Innsbruck, 13th – 14th November 2017 – Two special days for recruiters: Careers Fairs. As an international architecture and engineering company with a headquarters in Innsbruck ATP has taken the opportunity to present itself as a potential employer. Employees from ATP Innsbruck visited the platforms of the MCI (Management Center Innsbruck) and University of  Innsbruck to interview potential recruits and demonstrate the fascinating world of work offered by integrated design.

ATP was participating for the first time at the Recruiting Forum of the MCI. The university of applied sciences which specializes in the fields of management & society, technology & life sciences registers between 500 and 700 students each year on its 24 bachelor and master programs. The ATP team illustrated our way of working and human resources strategy by presenting career opportunities and examples of work from ATP’s studios. The views of our projects through the virtual reality headsets drew a lot of attention and attracted many interested students to the ATP stand.

Not only management students but also future architects and engineers took advantage of the two days to make contact with us. Since last year a careers platform at the University of Innsbruck has been helping students to get to know potential employers and interesting areas of work as well as establishing initial personal contacts with companies. As one of Europe’s leading integrated designers ATP has also been providing support on the technology campus in the shape of specialist information in the areas of IT and technology. This work has shown that the digitalization of the construction sector is a hot topic for the young designers.
