Zagreb, 5th October 2021 – In a keynote lecture at the most important real estate conference in Central and Eastern Europe, ATP’s partner in Zagreb, Dario Travaš, presented a number of selected projects as a means of illustrating how ATP uses digital integrated design as it successfully realizes sustainable and energy-efficient buildings in an urban context. Amongst these reference projects were the Prim Bay Resort in Primošten and Hotel Savska in Zagreb, both designed by ATP Zagreb.
“The buildings that we build today meet high sustainability standards and contain a very wide range of materials. The design of these buildings requires an integrated way of working that is able to deal with such complexity,” said Travaš.
During the plenary session, Dario Travas discussed the subject of the “Integrated Urban Development of the City of Zagreb” together with Luka Korlaet, (Deputy Mayor of Zagreb), Maroje Mrduljaš (University of Zagreb), and Hrvoje Stojić (PBZ Croatia).
Following a break last year, the organizers of the event, the consulting company Filipović Business Advisory Ltd., had once again invited international experts to the most important real estate conference in Central and Eastern Europe. The main subject of the first day of the conference was sustainability. The lectures, presentations, and workshops by top experts addressed climate-friendly design and building methods, sustainable materials, the EU Taxonomy Guidelines, and the challenges of climate change for the entire sector.
