Bad Saarow, 24th June 2021 –The foundation stone of the Marina Apartments, an exclusive refuge on the west shore of the Scharfmützelsee close to Berlin, was laid in early summer. ATP Berlin is responsible for the execution design and construction documentation. The project was developed by the Artprojekt Group of Companies together with star architect David Chipperfield and landscape architect Enzo Enea. Completion is scheduled for early 2024.
“It’s very enjoyable to work on a project with such high aesthetic standards, and to be responsible for ensuring that it can be realized, right down to the tiniest detail. After countless hours working on the project in the office, the laying of the first foundations is an extra motivation for our young team, which is dealing with Marina Apartments, its first execution project, with bravura. We are excitedly looking forward to the next phase, during which the façade will take shape,” was the delighted response of ATP’s Lead Project Manager, Boyan Kolchakov, to the construction start of this extraordinary project.
The 14,300-m² site will be home to a total of 45 holiday apartments, arranged in four three-to-four story buildings, which are discretely located in a pine forest. The fifth, two-story building contains eight freehold apartments. The 60 to 230-m2 apartments offer not only a sense of calm and a wonderful view of the lake, but also extraordinary comfort and contemporary design. The complex is also home to a private spa with an indoor pool, saunas, and fitness room.
