Kiefersfelden, 10th April 2019 – Delight at the foot of the Wilden Kaiser: The planning application for the real estate project “Kaiserreich Kiefersfelden” has been approved. The concept for the modern business park was developed by ATP Innsbruck. It is the largest project by the Unterberger Gruppe to date – which explains the delight at the granting of the right to build, which the municipality has now officially announced during the course of a press conference.
Dynamic, sustainable, and multifunctionalThe planned business park will be developed on an area of 40,000 m2 and will awaken the municipality from its sleeping beauty-like slumber. The developers and local politicians are quite certain. “There is no way in which we wanted to become a dormitory village”, emphasized the Mayor Hajo Gruber, who also sees the high-quality architecture as representing a key boost for the development of the town and the region.
The multifunctional, hybrid center will combine a number of use forms and the three-star hotel with seven stories and around 200 beds, the ‘children’s world’ and the ‘world of taste’, the media dome, offices, filling station, and fast food restaurant will bring lost and urgently needed jobs back to the town.
“A particular pillar of our concept is sustainability. By using wood as a material we have put our faith in high ecological quality – while our groundwater pump is the heart of a resource-friendly energy concept”, says the Managing Director of the ATP consultancy company Redserve, Josef Liegl, who has personally accompanied the project alongside ATP Innsbruck since the very start.
The first building work should begin as soon as the early summer while the building should be ready for occupation in three to four years.
