Frankfurt am Main, 22nd June 2016 – The expert roundtable discussion at the “Hospital Real Estate of the Next Generation” Congress was dedicated to “groundbreaking real life ideas for improving performance and controlling costs”.
One of the subjects tackled in the comprehensive congress program was “Avoiding Risks in Hospital Building”. Siegfried Loewenguth joined lawyers and construction managers to appeal for interdisciplinary cooperation in hospital building. According to Loewenguth, “the efficient cooperation between clients, project managers, specialist lawyers and process managers can lead to a huge reduction in the risks facing a building project due to the integration of risk and contract management in the construction management role.”
The discussion was moderated by the architect Norbert Helmus, Managing Director of ATP health. In addition to many years of experience in the integrated design of healthcare buildings, the health division has offered organizational design services for hospitals since 2014.
The series of lectures concluded with a visit to the Klinikum Offenbach. The congress welcomed around 200 interested visitors and around 40 speakers. Next year’s event will take place on 28th / 29th June 2017 in Frankfurt.
