Accessible playground
ATP’s 2016 Christmas donation is supporting a playground project of the Regens Wagner Stiftung.
Munich, 25th November 2016 – In line with the wishes of ATP Munich, ATP’s 2016 Christmas donation is going to the Regens Wagner Förderzentrum in Holzhausen bei Landsberg am Lech. More specifically, the donation of 20,000 euros will fund the construction of a playground and movement space for pupils with special educational needs. Michaela Hauser, Managing Director of ATP Munich presented a check to Ulrich Hauser, the Manager of Regens Wagner Holzhausen in a ceremony during the Advent Market
“By building this playground we are helping to create an accessible space which facilitates unrestricted play-based meeting and interaction,” explained Michaela Hauser.
The new playground should be available for not only children but also adults with disabilities. As public playgrounds are not created in line with the physical dimensions of this latter group the production of specially designed playground equipment is very important.
