G3 Shopping Resort Gerasdorf is a "Winner" at the ICONIC AWARDS 2013.
In the first edition of its interdisciplinary international architectural competition, the focus of the German Design Council was outstanding, holistic architecture and spatial design. The Iconic Awards celebrate the icons of our time: they honor visionary architecture, innovative products and sustainable communication while focusing on the elementary meaning of the cooperation between individual trades. They evaluate the uniform and consistent presentation of architectural products and the successful communication of the approaches and ideas of clients and architects. Details, materials and infrastructural elements are also important. As a “winner” of the ICONIC AWARD 2013 in the architecture/retail category, G3 was officially declared an “ICON”.
G3 Shopping Resort Gerasdorf was integrally designed by ATP architects engineers (Vienna) and, with its focus on sustainable design, already attracted extensive attention long before its opening.
The German Design Council, which initiated and established the Iconic Awards, is a leading global competence center for communication and knowledge transfer in the design field. Its benefactors include over 180 companies with a total of more than 1.8 million employees.
