ATP architects engineers provides integrated design
ATP architects engineers is, with more than 700 employees, one of the leading integrated design offices in Europe. Interdisciplinary teams in ten European locations develop integrated solutions for complex building projects.
For more than 60 years, ATP architects engineers has been guided by the vision of wanting to positively change the world with excellent buildings. We are therefore enthusiastic when our clients share this view and implement the idea of sustainability in their building design integrally with us together.
The lifecycle-optimised building
Our clients think long-term, since they have recognised that the largest cost item for their building is incurred (hidden?) in its operation and not in the design and construction stages. They know that parameters and cost factors for the operation, refurbishment, conversion and demolition of the building are determined in the early phase of the life-cycle.
Integrated design is defined as “the simultaneous and interdisciplinary interaction of the creative input of all those involved in the design process”.
BIM – Building Information Modeling
Building Information Modelling (BIM) stands for the digital representation of all architectural, technical and functional properties of a building structure in a central building model. Here, the data from the briefing, design, construction and operation through alteration and conversion to demolition are recorded, updated and documented.
Cooperation in the full service planning
Complete cooperation rather than the individual contributions of individual participants is the key to integrated design. Today’s success is defined by interdisciplinary results rather than the meeting of individual goals.
