The matrix organization of our integrated offices facilitates a corporate structure, in which our architects and engineers can make optimal use of both their technical expertise and their process skills. As employees of a design, research, or consulting company, they are culturally rooted in the region in which their office is located. ATP’s solid presence in Central and Eastern Europe is particularly valued by our clients. At the same time, our team players work on projects throughout the international, interdisciplinary network of the ATP Group.
As a learning organization we are constantly developing our interdisciplinary collaborative approach. Our specialist design and research companies support the integrated design process with their specific expertise. As part of the ATP Green Deal, for example, we regularly integrate our sustainability experts in the areas of ESG compliance or building physics into our teams in order to fully prepare our clients for the challenges of tomorrow. Consultancy companies such as redserve, factory experts, or foodfab vertically expand our range of pre-design services, including the evaluation of whether – and, if so, which – construction measures are essential to the core process that will be supported by the building.

The ATP Partnership
We assume corporate responsibility for ATP
Our partnership model (which has been in place since 1990) shares corporate and cultural responsibility among a broad base of employees while also enabling them to participate in our corporate success.
Partners, associate partners, and associates represent and further develop our ATP corporate culture. Members of the partnership are characterized by their specific entrepreneurial and technical skills as well as their interdisciplinary engagement. In 2024, 8 Partners (shareholders), 53 Associate Partners, and 53 Associates – or around 10 % of all employees – played an integral role in the ATP partnership.
We are proud that our “senior staff” – around a third of all employees – have been working for ATP for an average of over twelve years. The members of the ATP Partnership act as an entrepreneurial team. ATP rewards their commitment through its profit-sharing scheme, which accounts for over 10 % of annual profits.
