The spatial grid has maximum flexibility in order to be ready for all future challenges. This enables the building to be adapted at any time in line with individual user needs. Alongside this high flexibility, the design, which was developed in cooperation with ATP sustain, offers a sophisticated, environmentally-friendly sustainability concept. This includes regenerative energy (geothermal power, PV plants), large-scale planting, and a careful use of resources in the spirit of the circular economy.
