Team Architect, Mother

I have been working as an architect with ATP Innsbruck since June 1998. Fresh from university and against the background of a year working in a small architectural office my years at ATP have enabled me to gain lots of experience.

I am still surprised today by the fact that I was handed the project leadership for the construction of a shopping center for Interspar after just two years. And although this great faith which has been and is constantly being shown to me has occasionally driven to me despair (it was not always easy to be a young woman facing up to experienced men) it has also guaranteed me extremely interesting experiences.

Seven years ago I took maternity leave and I have now been back working part-time for three years. The company allows me highly flexible working hours which make it possible for me to be involved in some very interesting work. And it is also no problem if I do this from home.
