The ATP Academy is an exemplary programme of measures for the training and continuing professional development of our employees.
Architects and engineers never stop learning. A functioning education system represents an investment by society, whose value reduces over the working lives if this is not counteracted by appropriate training measures.
We invest considerable resources in the training and continuing development of our employees. In order to ensure easy access to more than 60 years’ ATP experience, we use all the possibilities offered by modern information technology.
Integrated Design at ATP architects engineers is based on the know-how of about 1,700 specialists in a network. Highly trained employees are an indispensable prerequisite for the fulfilment of our core corporate objective. We have therefore developed an exemplary program of training and continuing professional development measures for our employees.
The ATP Academy offers training and seminars during working hours. Participation is voluntary. Training in both general and project matters is offered by ATP trainers at each ATP office location, while soft skills are fine-tuned at the central ATP Campus in Innsbruck. In addition to this we enjoy an intense dialogue with students and the academic world via the Chair of Industrial Building at the Technical University of Vienna.
