Remodeling of Two Event Rooms
Conference Hotel Lufthansa Seeheim
The Lufthansa Seeheim conference hotel, planned by ATP in 2008, underwent an execution with a new event area for evening events focusing on culinary experiences. A modern kitchenette was also planned to provide high-quality culinary service for evening events with up to 60 people.

The two previous event spaces "Zeppelin" and "Lilienthal" were adjacent to each other and separated by a movable wall. The aim of the renovation work was to gain additional space in order to offer evening banquet events in addition to conferences. By integrating the corridor area in front, we were able to expand the floor area of the current "LOFT" by 90 m2.
The installation of the state-of-the-art kitchenette with mobile kitchen elements enables the hotel to offer new event formats: cooking and cocktail classes, cooking events for up to 60 people, wine seminars, and other forms of evening events.
ATP Frankfurt was commissioned with planning services for the former "Lufthansa Training & Conference Center" in the years 2006-08 and 2012. The new building in 2008 was constructed after it was found that the 30-year-old existing building could not be economically or environmentally sensibly renovated. A functionally complex building was required with a 483-room hotel and conference areas in the base.
