ATP at the International Real Estate Investment Forum 2015 in Moscow
Moscow, 7th – 9th September 2015 – As the world’s first ISO-certified company for integrated design, ATP architects engineers was a participating partner of PROESTATE 2015 in Moscow. Representatives of ATP’s Russian office ATP TLP Moskau offered visitors to the fair fascinating insights into the integrated design of “Green Buildings” as practiced by ATP.
“Integrated design is today’s prerequisite for tomorrow’s building – for the design of lifecycle-oriented buildings”, confirmed Professor Christoph M. Achammer, CEO of the ATP Group. “This is a culture of interdisciplinary cooperation which our enthusiastic employees have practiced in our offices for many years.”
Achammer, Professor for Industrial Building and Interdisciplinary Planning at the Vienna University of Technology delivered the keynote address as part of a podium discussion. He used his address “International experience: integrated sustainable solutions, increasing economic efficiency” to speak about the efficiency of green technologies in project development and construction. He placed particular emphasis on the added value generated by integrated design for developers, investors and operators across the entire lifecycle of a property. He presented prize-winning and certified “Green Buildings” which have been integrally designed and built across Europe by ATP architects engineers using the latest technology in order to illustrate the possibilities and opportunities for sustainable building design in Russia. According to the architect, “we are speaking here about taking into account every aspect of “green building” – including the future operation of the building. Green Buildings are based on three main principles: utility and economic success, value retention and maximum efficiency due to the minimum use of resources and beauty and social effectiveness.”
PROESTATE is a very popular meeting point in the CEE Region for players in the real estate sector. More than 3,000 visitors from 21 countries took part in the meetings, discussions, presentations, workshops and excursions. Subjects touched on by this year’s forum included public support for the (private) building industry and market trends, analyses and prognoses for a range of real estate sectors.
