Terraced Residential Complex

Hochrum, Tirol

This two-story, subsidized terraced residential complex was commissioned following the residential construction Col-di-Lana using the same cost unit values.

The interior concept offers residents great flexibility in room layout and allows for subsequent changes. The structure with a maximum density of 0.7 in three east-west-oriented bars with terracing takes particular account of the attractive location on a south-facing slope east of Innsbruck.
