ATP Zurich
Andre Wagner is Managing Director/Engineering
ATP Zurich is once again headed by an integrated dual leadership: Since the middle of 2025, Matthias Wehrle, the long-time Managing Director/Architecture, has been joined by Andre Wagner, the new Managing Director/Engineering. The Swiss ATP office focuses on health facilities, administration and retail buildings, and the production and logistics sectors.
Andre Wagner, who holds a Dipl.-Ing. FH in Building Services Engineering (Technical Building Equipment) and an MBA in Engineering Management, brings over 20 years’ experience of integrated design, managing complex projects, and building and leading interdisciplinary teams. After several years in planning followed by a position as a client representative at the Canton of Zurich, and then a return to planning and consulting, he has been particularly involved in projects related to building services engineering, energy provision, and integrated design. As a lead project manager, he has supervised challenging projects in the fields of education, research, commerce, and security buildings.

ATP is the most convincing model of integrated design for me. I learned early on that a functional building does not emerge from individual optimization, but from a deep understanding of the interactions of all disciplines—from architecture to building services, structural engineering, and building physics, and from the facade to the acoustics. ATP lives up to this interdisciplinary approach—methodically, culturally, and technologically.
Andre Wagner
Engineer, Managing Director in Zurich
Together with Matthias Wehrle, Managing Director/Architecture, Andre Wagner forms the integrated dual leadership of the ATP office in Zurich. With 80+ architects and engineers, ATP Zurich is primarily active for clients from Switzerland and southern Germany. The focus of the planning activities lies in complex construction projects, new-build/conversion, existing building renovations, and revitalizations, particularly in the healthcare and production and logistics sectors.

For us, integrated design means thinking about architecture and engineering not in parallel, but together. With Andre Wagner at our side, we consistently pursue this approach—his expertise in building services engineering complements our skills perfectly. Together, we create solutions that are functional, sustainable, future-proof, and meet the high requirements of our clients.
