Kercheval, president and chief executive officer for ICSC anlässlich der Verleihung des Best-of-the-Best Award/Sustainability 2009.
ATRIO darf sich nunmehr „ICSC Best-of-the-Best Sustainable Design and Development Shopping Center of the World 2009“ nennen. Das (International Council of Shopping Centers, www.icsc.org) ist eine weltweit operierende Gesellschaft für Investoren, Betreiber und Planer von Shopping Center und vertritt mehr als 75.000 Einkaufszentren in 80 verschiedenen Ländern. Einmal im Jahr werden im Rahmen eines internationalen Kongresses mit mehreren tausend Teilnehmern die besten Projekte ausgezeichnet
