Meat Foodfab

IFFA 2016 invited the meat industry to an international rendezvous.

Frankfurt, 12th April 2016 – The global meat industry meets every three years at IFFA in Frankfurt and the fair is now a fixed item on the calendar for the ATP consulting subsidiary Foodfab. This year the Managing Partner of Foodfab Michael Trautwein and his team again used the opportunity offered by the “Meat Fair” to present and recommend itself and develop contacts. Already a well-known name in the sector, Foodfab has set itself the task of advising food manufacturers on complex production and handling processes and the related building projects.

“One core competence of Foodfab is the integrated process planning for production and processing in the food industry – an area in which we are the market leaders in Central Europe,” is how Trautwein describes the company’s expertise.

1,027 exhibitors from 50 countries were on show at this year’s leading meat industry event. Across a gross area of 110,000 square meters, divided amongst seven halls, they demonstrated innovative and creative solutions related to meat - the most complex foodstuff of them all.
