Modern workplaces

ATP Munich is designing a new facility for Siemens AG.

Hannover Laatzen, 31.07.2017 – The groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction of the new Siemens complex on the former Laatzener Festplatz on Karlsruher Straße, where a number of divisions are being brought together on a single site. Michaela Hauser, Managing Director of ATP Munich, celebrated the start of building work together with the clients and their team. Integrally designed by ATP, the facility for 750 employees should be ready for occupation in 2019.

The site of around 13,000 square meters will become home to two parallel, 66-meter-long five-story buildings connected by a bar to create an H-shaped ensemble. The client is seeking LEED Gold Certification and places great value on both sustainability and CO2-neutral operation. The objective is to completely forgo the use of fossil fuel and to create a climate-neutral office location.
