Group Leader Site Supervision/Tendering

My engaged and motivated team and I cover phases 6 to 9 of the HOAI. Our core business is the on-site development of projects. This requires robust and site-friendly working clothes such as - especially - safety shoes, a helmet and a windproof and rainproof jacket. These proudly carry our names on the front and the ATP logo on the back.
As the Site Supervision/Tendering Group Leader I am involved daily in three to eight projects – whether taking responsibility for the supervision of an actual site, supporting architects and structural engineers in drawing up cost estimates and timetables, writing tenders, acquiring new contracts, negotiating with executing companies, checking supplementary contracts or accompanying contractual discussions. We represent the client’s interests on site in order to guarantee him or her the best results in terms of quality, costs and timetable.
These diversified and exciting subjects ensure that the day is varied and protect me from any danger of routine. Problems that arise are resolved directly on site with all those involved. We analyze the situation together and immediately arrive at a decision in order to avoid any delay in construction. . In order to manage our many tasks we can get support from within the company – from all of our offices. I have learnt to value this as one of ATP’s great strengths. When one of us is in need, we help each other.
