2010-06-23 ATP N+M wins a competition for a refurbishment project

The objective of the invited, open competition was to develop a concept for refurbishing a building in the “Niederrad Office City” in Frankfurt. The organisers sought contextually sensitive, innovative and realisable proposals for their building. The report of the jury praised ATP N+M for the level of detail with which they worked with the existing building in all areas of design and for the resulting concept. The competition-winning scheme will form the basis for subsequent contracts and the further development of the project.
Building refurbishment is one of the expert areas of ATP N+M which has worked, amongst other things, on the historical Kaisercarrée in Frankfurt, the Operncarrée and Deutsche Bank in Berlin and the Justice Centre in Offenbach. The company is currently working on the refurbishment of the nine-storey municipal building in Darmstadt.
