Kick-off for 100 million Euro shopping centre in Ljubljana: the project -  1st prize winner in a competition - meets the highest European standards for sustainability.

Ljubljana, 10th March 2010 – A new shopping centre to be built by SES in the city of Siska/Ljubljana has been presented during a press conference attended by Zoran Jankovic, mayor of the town. Located in the Northwest of the Slovenian capital, the 100 million Euro project is more than just a piece of retail real estate - its pedestrian forecourt will be the focus of cultural activities which will enable the project to become a new centre for the entire Siska district.

Professor Christoph Achammer, CEO of ATP, explained that ATP´s prize winning centre will be a shopping centre subject to European sustainability standards in the  retail branch.
With around 90 shops as well as restaurants and other service facilities the 32,000m2  shopping centre should be completed by Autumn 2012.
