Zapresic/Zagreb, 11th November 2009 – A vibrant party attended by the Croatian President Stipe Mesic and around 15,000 further guests marked the opening of West Gate, Croatia’s largest shopping centre.
Built in just 15 months to the plans of ATP Vienna and ATP Zagreb, West Gate is the first part of an expansive commercial development at the entrance to Zagreb. With 260 shops, a gross built area of 226,000m², 100,000m² retail space, 7,250 parking spaces and a 4,000m² Fun Park for children the succeeding days saw up to 100,000 visitors taking a look at the Shopping City.
