Partners, associate partners and associates represent the corporate culture of ATP. Members of the partnership stand out not only due to their commercial and technical expertise but also their interdisciplinary engagement. In 2009, ATP Architects and Engineers had 7 partners (shareholders), 18 associate partners and 56 associates, meaning that around 20% of employees belong to the partnership.

We are proud of the fact that our senior employees – who represent about a third of our team – have an average length of service of over twelve years, despite the fact that ATP grows at up to 10% annually. Our employees accept major responsibility, acting almost as co-entrepreneurs. ATP rewards this commitment with a profit-share scheme which in total covers over 30% of annual profits.
