1st Prize Invited Competition Isovolta, Wiener Neudorf, A
All architecture and engineering services for a three-storey office building (Guaranteed Minimum Price Design-Build model in cooperation with BOE), based on the competition winning scheme of April 1999.
The main volume consists of three levels, approximately 6 m high, under which the entrance foyer was slid. The integration of the landscape was achieved on the one hand by elevating the main structure and on the other hand because of the connection to the Erika Lake by a terrace. Panoramic terrace, approx. 17 m high, with a view of the entire Isovolta site. Special care taken with the existing vegetation.
