Dual leadership for ATP HAID architects engineers Nuremberg

Nuremberg, 1st January 2018 – “The whole is more than the sum of both parts,” says Urs Klipfel as he looks forward to the responsible task of taking over the management of ATP’s new office and of the 25-strong team from the former Haid+Partner together with his colleague Andreas Rieser. According to the architect and urban planner, “as Europe’s leading integrated design office ATP is thus adding considerably to its expertise in the field of health and wellness while the members of the team from Haid+Partner will have the opportunity to develop from planners of specialized objects into integrated designers.”

Andreas Rieser, who brings 20 years of experience as a construction engineer and project manager with ATP, believes that ATP HAID architects engineers Nuremberg offers the ideal conditions for the implementation of a culture of integrated cooperation between architects and engineers. “I’m extremely enthusiastic about the task of developing this good basis into something even better that is fit to face the challenges of the future”, says Rieser, who has made a major contribution to the development of many of the standards and methods which are central to ATP’s integrated processes. “I’m particularly looking forward to complementing the existing successful team of architects with structural and building services engineers as we create a true integrated design office and – in partnership with the entire ATP group – design excellent buildings.”

After a three-year transition phase and the retirement of Professor Hans Peter Haid on the grounds of age ATP architects engineers took a 100 % share in Haid+Partner, an experienced designer in the health and social sectors and of office and residential buildings, at the beginning of this year.
